Employer Account Credits: 10 to 30% bonuses available

Rather than requiring employers to make payments for indovidual job listings, Find Utah Work runs on a credit system to make placing job listings quicker and easier. New Employers are initially given a generous amount of 366 credits to try out our platform for free along with the ability to chose how and when to use those credits.

Normal rates equate to 1 credit for $1 (US). However, we give bonus credits for certain purchases (employer account credit recharge) so that costs per credit can be as low as 77 cents each. Currently each account recharge (credits purchase) breaks down as follows:

• $10-$109 at one-to-one ratio: 1 credit = $1.00
• $110-$219 10% bonus credits added: 1 credit = 0.91 cents (rounded).
• $220-$399 20% bonus credits added: 1 credit = 0.83 cents (rounded).
• $400+ 30% bonus credits added: 1 credit = 0.77 cents (rounded).

Base Price: 3 Credits ($3 or less) for 30 days

We believe it is more important to build a great job portal for finding and listing open positions in Utah rather than charging employers high prices for promoting their job openings. With that said, we cannot always guarantee that the base job listing price will be 3 credits. But for the time being, you can utilize the fruits of our labor for next to nothing!

Your job posting comes with a job listing in the job category of your choice, linked to a dedicated job details page with all the information you can enter about your job opening. We also link each job details page to your company profile page that gives propsective applicants more information about your company and what you do.

For a little extra your job listing can be can be highlighted, or featured on the category page and our home page as well as daily job seeker update emails for up to 14 days. Featured job postings rise towards the top of the listings in its category page as well for those 14 days.

Help Your Job Ad Stand Out

When adding your job opening, you may also choose one of our optional upgrade options to gain more visibility to your listing:

Logo (2X Visibility): 6 Credits ($6 or less)

Add 2X visibility with this option when you add your company logo to your listing for branding and visial appeal. May be combined with the highlighting and/or featured options.

Highlighting (2X Visibility): 18 Credits ($18 or less)

Add 2X visibility with this option when you add a background highlight to your listing that makes it stand out. May be combined with the logo and/or featured options.

Category Featured (3-5X Visibility): 18 Credits ($18 or less)

We pin your featured job listing towards the top of your selected job category page for 8 days. Adds a color bar at the right end of the ad, and the word Featured bolded instead of a date. The first 360 characters (approx) of your job description are added to the job ad to enhance it's impact, so make those first few words count rather than using the typical bland job description intro. Plus, we promote your job once on all of our social media channels as well as feature it in our email updates to job seekers for several days. May be combined with the logo and/or highlighting options.

HomePage Featured (5-10X Visibility): 66 Credits ($66 or less)

To your ad gets noticed early, we pin your featured ad towards the top of your selected category on both our homepage and on the specific category page for 14 days. Adds a color bar at the right end of the ad, and the word Featured bolded instead of a date. May be combined with the logo and/or highlighting options. NOTE: This includes the "Category Featured" option, so no need to add that option if this one is selected.

Managed Job Listings Service: $39+ /month

Save time placing your job openings by letting us do it for you. Our Managed Job Listings Service lets you concentrate on other things you need to get done while we take your existing Utah based job openings from your HRM portal, ATS, or website and place them in our system for you. This can take a little off your to-do list each week.

Each job listing comes with the basic ad plus a company logo enhancement for an added 2X visibility. Plus for larger packages, we randomly select a few jobs that look interesting to us to feature and/or highlight as we add them for you.

Please contact us from your employer account dashboard if you need pricing for more than 50 job listings per month or need pricing for custom listing enhancements.
